By downloading, installing, or using the Next90 Android application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Purpose & Non-Medical Disclaimer
Next90 is a self-directed personal productivity, habit tracking, and journaling tool. Next90 does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any intensive physical fitness or health regimen.
3. Local Data Responsibility
Because Next90 is 100% offline-first and stores all data locally on your device without cloud servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining access to your device and exporting your 90-Day PDF/PNG Completion Reports if you wish to keep external copies prior to resetting your device or uninstalling the App.
4. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Next90 for personal, non-commercial transformation and habit tracking. All social share cards and PDF completion reports you generate using your own data may be freely shared by you across social media platforms.
